Detailed Description

Unix stdin/socket command line interface.

Provides a command line interface so humans can interact with VPP. This is predominantly a debugging and testing mechanism.

In normal operation this function will take the given character string found in line and with length len_or_index and iterates the over the contents, adding each line of text discovered within it to the pager index.
