eid_type	0 : ipv4 1 : ipv6 2 : mac
is_src_dst	- EID is type of source/destination
eid	- EID can be ip4, ip6 or mac
eid_prefix_len	- prefix length
seid	- source EID can be ip4, ip6 or mac
seid_prefix_len	- source prefix length
vni	- virtual network instance
