Set/unset l2 classification tables for an interface request.

Template Parameters

client_index	- opaque cookie to identify the sender
context	- sender context, to match reply w/ request
sw_if_index	- interface to set/unset tables for
ip4_table_index	- ip4 index, use ~0 for all 3 indexes to unset
ip6_table_index	- ip6 index
other_table_index	- other index
