client_index	- opaque cookie to identify the sender
context	- sender context, to match reply w/ request
is_add	- add address if non-zero, else delete
is_src_dst	- flag indicating src/dst based routing policy
del_all	- if set, delete all remote mappings
vni	- virtual network instance
action	- negative map-reply action
eid_type	- 0 : ipv4 1 : ipv6 2 : mac
deid	- dst EID
seid	- src EID, valid only if is_src_dst is enabled
rloc_num	- number of remote locators
