Create a point-to-point (p2p) Ethernet sub-interface.

Template Parameters

client_index	- opaque cookie to identify the sender
context	- sender context, to match reply w/ request
parent_if_index	- index of the parent interface
subif_id	- subinterface index identifier
remote_mac	- client MAC address
