Detailed Description

Set the vector of input/output ACLs checked for an interface.

Template Parameters
client_index- opaque cookie to identify the sender
context- sender context, to match reply w/ request
sw_if_index- the interface to alter the list of ACLs on
count- total number of ACL indices in the vector
n_input- this many first elements correspond to input ACLs, the rest - output
acls- vector of ACL indices
